Processing & production
All designs are printed to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping times & costs
Standard shipping is 3–5 business days after production. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns & exchanges
Because every piece is custom-printed to your measurements, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We strongly recommend ordering a sample first.
Damaged or faulty orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
