<p>Every Loom & Wall design is printed to order and cut to the exact measurements you provide at checkout. Because of this, production and delivery timelines differ from off-the-shelf products—here's exactly what to expect.</p>
<h2>Processing & production</h2>
<p>Orders are printed to order. Please allow <strong>2–3 business days</strong> for production before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day.</p>
<h2>Shipping times & costs</h2>
<p>Standard shipping takes <strong>3–5 business days</strong> after production is complete. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is dispatched.</p>
<h2>Order a sample first</h2>
<p>Because wallpaper is a big commitment, we strongly recommend ordering a sample swatch before your full order. Samples let you check colour, texture, and finish in your own light before you buy.</p>
<h2>Returns & exchanges</h2>
<p>Each piece is custom-printed to your measurements, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please double-check your wall measurements and chosen material before ordering.</p>
<h2>Damaged or faulty orders</h2>
